Shipping policy

All orders placed with Prayer Mugs are printed and fulfilled on demand through our U.S.-based production partner, Printify. Each product is made individually once an order is confirmed, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Production of most items takes between 2 and 5 business days. Once production is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Shipping within the United States typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service. This means that the average delivery timeframe from the date of order is usually 7 to 15 business days in total.

During busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen supply chain issues, production or delivery may take slightly longer. Orders may arrive in separate packages if multiple products are purchased, as different items may be printed at different fulfillment facilities.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Prayer Mugs cannot control delivery times. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, courier delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the date of shipment, please notify us so we can investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner. In the unlikely event that a package is lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost once confirmation from the shipping provider is received.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 14 days of delivery. Clear photographs of the product and packaging are required so that we can verify the problem and provide a replacement at no cost to you. Because all products are custom made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and reflect the most accurate carrier rates available. Any applicable taxes or duties will be shown during checkout and are based on the shipping destination. All orders are shipped from within the United States through Printify’s network of local fulfillment partners.

By placing an order with Prayer Mugs, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping timeframes and conditions. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, minor delays caused by carriers or external factors are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
