Refund policy

At Prayer Mugs, each product is made to order through our U.S. printing partner to ensure the highest quality and individual attention. Because all items are custom printed once an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

We want you to love your mug and are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within fourteen days of receiving your order. To process a replacement, clear photo evidence of the issue will be required. Once verified, a new product will be printed and shipped at no additional cost to you.

Replacements are only provided when the product has arrived damaged in transit, contains a printing or manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item has been received. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders placed with inaccurate shipping details, normal wear and tear after delivery, or slight variations in color or print appearance, as each mug is individually produced.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production stage. If production has not yet started, a cancellation may be considered at our discretion. Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled. All approved replacements are printed and shipped directly from our U.S. facilities to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
